Kim Cattrall feels "fortunate" to be able to have botox injections.
The 'Sex and the City: The Movie: actress says she has a "whatever works" attitude toward cosmetic surgery - but insists she won't overdo it.
She told Australia's Sydney Morning Herald newspaper: "I feel fortunate that those aids are out there, but go easy on it. Less is more. I don't want to look 20, or even 30. I'm happy to look middle 40s for as long as I can."
The 51-year-old actress also revealed she feels happier with herself as she has got older.
She added: "I think in your 20s you don't know who you are, so there is a lot of experimentation.
"In your 30s you're sort of wondering where you're going, if you're going to be married by a certain age, and if you're going to have kids.
"The 40s decade is, 'OK, this is who I am, I've come to terms with it. I think what comes with age is a real acceptance of self."
Kim - whose boyfriend, chef Alan Wyse, is 22 years younger than her, thinks her sexuality has increased as she has got older.
She said: "I think there is something quite wonderful and beautiful about sexuality and sensuality, and that means more and more to you as you get older."
'Sex and the City: The Movie' opens in cinemas worldwide at the end of May.
