Shania Twain - © Lee Roth / RothStock / PR Photos“Shania Twain and her husband, music producer Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange, are separating after 14 years of marriage,” spokesman Jason Owen said in a statement. “This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time.”Shania, 42, and Robert, 59, married on December 28, 1993. They have a 6-year-old son.From Ontario, Twain is a best-selling artist in Canada and the United States. She is the only female musician to have three albums certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America. Her story is a rags to riches classic that had the young Shania scraping and taking care of her siblings until her singing landed her a recording contact in 1991.
