Scene of the crime: Charles Barkley - Las Vegas, NV © Terry Thompson / PR PhotosThe Wynn Las Vegas has filed suit against former NBA star Charles Barkley claiming he owes the casino $400,000 in gambling markers. CNN rpeorts that the Wynn is getting the Clark County district attorney's bad check unit to investigate, which also handles gambling debts. Barkley could be charged with a felony if he does not comply.Court documents show the casino fronted the NBA star four different $100,000 markers back last October.
