Whay Whay Whay. You're right, we don't know your brother, but how can he not be 'Nick Hogan'? He acted the way he did. The editors don't make you into anything you don't allow. Just because he's your brother doesn't mean he gets a free pass. Even if everything you say is true, that still doesn't absolve him of criminal liability in this case. If you had so much truth and so much 'secret evidence' why didn't you bring it to the attention of his attorneys? People, big sisters in particular, need to take off their rose colored glasses and see their family for what they really are.

What happen was a is a real shame, poor Nick has to live with what he has done not only to his family but to the other family as well, and that is going to haunt him for the rest of his life. People need to get over it that his family has money, it doesn't mean we should judge him any different, he is still human. I have to close friends that have had something like this happen to them and trust no amount of money can take away the pain they have caused. All I can say is that keep your chin up Brooke be there for your brother and family, and if anything encourage Nick to help others, if can stop one person from making the same mistake as him, then he has payed back to society.
