she has hit the nail right on the head. We call it all progress, but its blatant greed, sky rocketing prices on everything, people only way was to live away from Manhattan even those greedy ass people is bombarding other peoples home. Thay had the opportunity to go to the boroughs, especially Queens but no they call it the 'poor man's manhattan' now they all are leaving their alphabet city resident and coming to the poor man's borough, we really don't need you people, you are BAD for renters and long lifers. GO AWAY!!!
