I am really excited."According to reports, the 'Dukes of Hazzard' star is determined to beat younger sister Ashlee down the aisle.A source told America's Star magazine: "Jessica would love nothing more than to get married before Ashlee."It upsets her that her little sister will be married and she won't. She gets jealous when Ash gets more attention."Jessica, who has been dating Tony for six months, even considered proposing to Tony herself.The source added: "Jessica had been showing Tony rings in magazines.
