Russell Brand employs an assistant to squeeze him into his trademark leather trousers.
The 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' star says he has a member of staff whose job is specifically to help him getting the skin-tight trousers on.
He said: "I have someone who helps me put them on."
Russell - who is rarely seen out of the leather pants - added he doesn't always want to wear the outfit, but insists he has no choice.
He said: "It can be time-consuming, but I'd be nude otherwise. Those are the options."
Meanwhile, the comedian admitted he hates not being famous in the US and is doing everything he can to become a big star.
He said: "I find it hurtful when people don't recognise me. It makes you realise that fame really is meaningless. If you have to tell people you're famous, it doesn't have as much impact, remarkably. I don't like not being famous."
Russell also said he fit in well to life in Los Angeles because he is so superficial.
He said: "I like it there. Initially, I didn't understand what the attraction was because I thought it was superficial and vacuous. But, having moved there, I realise that I am, too - so it's quite pleasant!"
