The Doctor who was in charge of patient Donda West, Kanye West's mother who passed away after complications from plastic surgery, has some questions looming regarding his medical license.

Dr. Jan Adams’ California medical license has become “delinquent” on April 30th, reports Extra.
A medical board information officer tells “Extra” that if physicians “do not renew their license within six months of the expiration date, they must stop practicing immediately.”
In addition, “if the license is not renewed within five years, it is cancelled by operation of law.”
Adams performed cosmetic surgery on singer Kayne West’s mother, Donda, days before she died. He later appeared twice on CNN's Larry King to defend his treatment of her.
