Avril Lavigne's concert apology

Hi im am one of avril lavigines best fans and was looking fwd to going to her concert for 5 months. So on friday i was pulled out of school and my mom said there was bad news and that avril lavigine was CANCLED. And all i could do was cry and i kept asking my self well y cant she come back and do another one for us and if we brought our tickets from when she cancled we could go in and listen but they wouldent do it bu anyway i wanted to say is that every singer has been getting or got sick and has let down alot of people but no one is perfect so kepp loving avril she is doing the best she can.

She did it again. CANCELLED her Anaheim show with no advance warning. I drove my 2 young girls 70 miles only to show up at the Honda Center with thousands of pissed off people milling about finding out she cancelled. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. My daughters were devasted. I have already deleted every one of her songs from my Ipod as well as both daughters. They said they don't ever want to see her in concert - just get a refund. Sorry Avril - you can't gain back the trust of 12 year olds when you screw with their heads like this.

Avril's a lot classier than some of her 'fans,' it appears. You really think she cancels a show lightly? I'm sure of two things: First, she's genuinely unable to perform. Second, she's torn up over it.

I find it hard to believe 'Mike' is mature enough to raise a 12-year-old.

Oh, and 'poor ticket sales' is apparently a euphemism for 'not crammed to the rafters.' I saw the show twice, and both venues were almost full.

I'd just like to offer my sincere wishes to Avril for a speedy recovery, and my thanks for a great concert experience.

Hey Avril -we are still waiting for an apology or comment from YOU on another cancelled concert too! (Anahem 5/3/08) Are you going to re-schedule?

While I am on the subject, I am curious....Why did the Honda Center wait until the EXACT start time of the concert(7:30 PM) to tell everyone you never showed up? You did not call in advance to tell them? Was it a sudden illness? So many questions that you should address. My Daughter waited in line for 1 1/2 hours before they told her......

... Boy was my Daughter sad, what a messed up Birthday gift that turned out to be!
