It was a disgruntled ex-boyfriend who ratted on the couple to authorities, calling the LAPD to report the minor's sexual relationship, according to TMZ.Law enforcement sources tell us there is an "active investigation" into the crime of "unlawful sex" and TMZ reports that the police "have also interviewed Billy Bob."
