Joe Francis has Eliot Spitzer's hooker in his hair now

Joe Francis just got out of jail, and now he has the hooker of former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer suing him.
The "Girls Gone Wild" impresario released a video that shows a younger Ashley Alexandra Dupre "getting wild."
She filed a lawsuit Monday in Miami federal court claiming she never gave "Girls Gone Wild" founder Francis permission to use her name and likeness to advertise the videos.
Dupre claims she was 17 and not of legal age to sign a contract when the videos were taken in 2003 in Miami Beach.
A spokesman for Francis didn't immediately return a call for comment Monday.
Dupre's prostitute alias is "Kristen," when she was a regular servicer of Spitzer. He has since resigned office.
People.com claims the suit is asking for $10 million, and alleges inappropriate and illegal activities fueled with booze induced her to flash her breasts on camera.
