Amy Winehouse continues reign of nonsense

Amy Winehouse cannot get out of her own way.
The brilliant singer has repeatedly screwed up royally, and most recently was released from London police custody, her spokesperson announced.
She cooled her heels at Holborn Police Station in central London after arriving for questioning Friday afternoon regarding her assault on a man in a bar.
Winehouse was questioned about her alleged assault against a 38-year-old man who made a formal complaint to police in Kentish Town.
Winehouse claims she thought he was trying to molest her. She also punched a another person in the face.
In a press statement issued on Saturday, Winehouse spokesman Chris Goodman said the singer "admitted to a common assault by slapping a man with an open hand and accepted a caution." "Amy was fully cooperative with inquiries and apologized for the incident," Goodman added.
According to People.com, Amy Winehouse was “in no fit state” to be questioned when she arrived at the police station on Friday.
Also on Friday her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court. Amy did not appear.
Amy Winehouse is professionally at the top pf the heap, with Grammy awards and best-selling albums. Winehouse won five Grammy awards including best new artist, best pop vocal album for “Back To Black” and best female pop vocal.
Amy Winehouse checked into rehab, the Capio Nightingale clinic in North London after a video of her smoking a crack pipe surfaced online.
Last Fall, she was arrested in Norway for possession of Marijuana. Amy Winehouse paid a fine. Under Norwegian law, that is equivalent to pleading guilty.
