Johnny Depp had his own vineyard's wine flown 4,000 miles to his film set.
The American actor, who is shooting latest movie, 'Public Enemies', in Illinois had 10 crates of the alcoholic beverage delivered him from France because he hates the local wines.
A source told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "He is really enjoying filming but the only problem is that Illinois isn't exactly famous for its vineyards and Johnny is quite particular about his wine. When he couldn't put up with the local wine any longer, he decided to organise for a shipment of his own to be sent across."
Depp lives in France with his long-term partner French singer Vanessa Paradis and their two children, eight-year-old Lily-Rose and six-year-old Jack.
The 44-year-old actor has previously admitted he feels more at home in Europe than the US.
He said: ?I love going back to America, to see my family and friends. But it's wonderful to get back to France and live in a tiny village with nothing around.?

True, true! I am all for family, but I would like to know if there was a war between France and the U.S. where would Johnny go? Would he go to France and side with them or stay in the U.S. and side with us? The answer to this question should determine where he should claim citizenship. Don't stay an American citizen if it is not 'home'. If France is 'home' become a citizen, pay their taxes, and support their country. True Americans support their country through good and bad, and if there are things that we would like to see changed we fight to change them in Congress and through our votes and allegiance. True Americans do not make their money here then run to another country and claim that other country is 'home'. Make a clear stand Johnny!

Sure great to come back to America to visit family and friends, but especially to make his millions. Can he make such a good living in France or does working in America allow him to have a good living in France? Sometimes it just gets me so mad reading his comments about how great France is and that is 'home'. Yet, he can come back to America with his family, again, and again, making money, and making comments hinting that he can't wait to leave here. By the way, does he pay taxes in the U.S. and France? I heard France really gets their citizens with the taxes that some of the French chose not to work to avoid getting taxed so bad. Does Johnny pay French taxes or is there a loophole that because he lives 6 months or so a year in America he is considered a U.S. citizen and exempt from French tax? If so, what a hypocrite. If France is 'home', become a citizen of France and pay their taxes!
