Ortega / PR PhotosThe 'Zoey 101' actress and her 18-year-old partner - who are expecting a child together this summer - are believed to have made a $300,000 offer for a three-bedroom property in Mississippi.A source said: "Jamie Lynn is really excited over having a home of her own."The house is located on five acres of secluded woodland in the town of Liberty, and boasts two bathrooms, marble floors and a game room.Meanwhile, Solange Knowles - the sister of superstar singer Beyonce - has offered 17-year-old Jamie Lynn advice on being a young mother.Solange - who gave birth to her three-year-old son Daniel when she was just 18 - told Us Weekly magazine: "You just have to make the best decisions for you. Who are we to say what's right and wrong for a person?"I moved to the country for a year without any nannies or babysitters when Daniel was born."My son has been my focus ever since the day he was born.
