She really thought she was going to die."A representative for the actress is yet to comment. 'Cleopatra' actress Elizabeth was previously treated at the Betty Ford Clinic in 1983 for chemical dependency and in 1988 for problems with painkillers.Elizabeth has been married eight times. Her ex-husbands include screen legend Richard Burton, who she wed twice, Eddie Fisher and Larry Fortensky, who she met during her second stint in rehab.She is now divorced from Fortensky.(C) BANG Media International
