Cookies over sex? I doubt it.

I've treated more than 500,000 patients with Dr. Siegal's COOKIE DIET since I created it in 1975. While my patients certainly report that my cookies control their hunger for food, I can't recall any of them reporting a similar effect on their sexual appetite. On the contrary, as you might expect, your libido tends to increase as you lose excess weight and your self-image improves.

I can't explain why eating cookies may have reduced Guy Ritchie's sex drive. In the case of my cookies, they taste good enough but I can't imagine anyone preferring them to sex.

The above 'diet doctor' is making a living hornswaggling people that a gimmick will help them lose weight.

Substitute 'cookie' for anything else, a drastic change in eating habits will cause weight loss -but the kind that never stays off.
The cabbage soup diet
the Master cleanse

all temporary weight loss methods that boomerang on you too.

Only exercise-which MADONNA does regularly, keeps the body weight optimal, so you can EAT what you like. When your engine is tuned up it burns the food faster.

The Master Cleanse isn't meant for weight-loss, FYI.

no, but weight loss is just one of the delicious by-products of sucking on cayenne infused maple syrup water for 14 days...the Beyonce diet!

There is something about the cookie diet. My brother went on it and lost 55 pounds a year ago, and he has kept it off. I have been on it two months and I have loss 26 pounds. I can't say anything about the sex drive because I have been somewhat in a dry spell in that area. lol
