Kate Hudson's love move

Kate Hudson is planning to move to New York so she can be closer to boyfriend Owen Wilson, it has been claimed.

The 'Fool's Gold' actress - who rekindled her romance with ex-boyfriend Owen earlier year - is said to be desperate to make the relationship work the second time around, and is prepared to move to the Big Apple to do so.

A source close to the actress said: "Kate has been looking for an apartment in New York because she really wants to be close to Owen. She is determined not to let him slip away again."

However, the 28-year-old beauty - who has a four-year-old son Ryder with ex-husband Chris Robinson - has no intention of making Manhattan her full-time home.

The source added to the New York Daily News newspaper: "Kate is a great businesswoman. If she bought an apartment, it would be to sell later."

Kate - who originally split from Owen in June 2007 shortly before he tried to commit suicide in August - credits Owen with helping her end a wild period of her life, when she reportedly briefly dated Justin Timberlake and Dax Shepard.

The source said: "Kate is relieved to be more settled again. She really felt as if she were testing her limits going out while she and Owen were separated. She is ready to nest now and has even been talking about having more little ones."
