Angelina Jolie's rough pregnancy

Angelina Jolie's first pregnancy with Shiloh seemed an easy one, there were no reports of the star being laid up or suffering from some of the severe pregnancy-related discomforts that women can face, especially in the second to third trimesters.
Now several news reports claim that the lanky actress is carrying fraternal twins, and the weight of this pregnancy is causing some real health issues for the star.
Jolie, who is a prolific world-traveler, has reportedly contracted a type of diabetes, reports UK tabloid The Sun.
She is also suffering swelling of the ankles, feet and legs, and like many pregnant women has been forced to wear a larger shoe size. Reports of her last plane trip were that the star was feeling ill during the flight.
A Sun source revealed: "She has gestational diabetes."
"She found out about a month ago.
"She's been seeing a nutritionist about it frequently."
The condition is treated with diet, bedrest and mild to moderate exercise.
