All she's doing is reducing the stress factors that contribute to food not being digested properly (which might increase allergies). Quite smart really. Definitely not crack-pot. As to whether she eats enough, who knows. It interesting, though, that this rumour has surfaced after she's allegedly been diagnosed with gestational diabetes: it strikes me that rather than not eating enough she wants to make extra sure that she's eating the right things.
