If this is the case, and Sambora *is* innocent of the charges, the I hope evrey person who has taken a potshot at him since the news hit has the decency to apologise as publicly as they have vilified him.

I agree. We seem to have forgotten the concept of innocent until proven guilty. All to all those that pre-judged, I am sure that your slate is very clean? (ha-ha)

I agree, why is everyone so quick to see him fall? He's a great guy, give him the benefit of the doubt. If you're a fan, stand by him, regardless of the outcome!!

They wouldn't necessarily know the results by now. It can take up to 10 days for the final results.

I knew Richie would be vindicated!! To those of you who were so quick to nail him to the wall...shame on you!! Last time I checked, you were innocent until proven guilty, just because he's a celebrity, and because alcohol abuse is so rampant in Hollywood doesn't mean he's guilty.

The media is to blame for perpetrating him to be this terrible person for driving drunk with his child in the car, and they never even had all the facts straight!! I hope Richie sues every last one of you for defaming his character!!
