02/10/2008 - Melissa Joan Hart and Mark Wilkerson - 50th Annual GRAMMY Awards - Arrivals - Staples Center - Los Angeles, CA USA © Chris Hatcher / PR PhotosThe former 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch' star - who already has a two-year-old son Mason - gave birth to a healthy baby boy yesterday afternoon (12.03.08).Melissa and her husband Mark Wilkerson have called their new son, who weighed 7lb 3oz, Braydon.The 31-year-old actress said: "This has been a long but exciting pregnancy, and we along with Mason are excited to add to the Wilkerson clan." Mark added: "Melissa and I are the proudest parents ever and this is the best thing that has happened to us this year!" Melissa recently revealed being pregnant is a lot easier the second time around.She said: "With a first pregnancy, you're reading all the books, learning all the rules. And then, of course, the baby comes and you're like, 'Woo! Hello, here it is.'"The first time, I was so scared. Everyone rants, 'Don't do that, don't eat that.' I thought it was important to play music twice a day for ten minutes, write in my journal, stuff like that. "Now, because of Mason, I don't have time!
