Made up so people will go and pay to see film. If, it worked for the breakup why not this movie.
They would not have children together because their kids would need a wheelbarrow to hold up their noses which would be most inconvenient and very unfair on the children. JA needs to find a man with a button nose, small chin and large forhead to compensate...oh hey that sounds like VV

Must admit, i think you're being a tiny bit harsh there, Trinny. Noses aside, if you look closely there's a lot there with these two. Neither are married (yet) neither have kids...Jen, as the world knows, has been through a lot in the last ten yrs, as has Owen, with a suicide attempt noted in the book last yr. It strikes me that they're both pretty weathered, sensitives types, working in the same industry, reasonably grounded from what we can tell..it looks as though they'd suit one another. They're both attractive in an almost unconventional way, have that blonde, sunkissed, girl/guy-next-door aspect about their personas and they're the same age. I think they'd be a good match. I'd go as far as to say I think they'd be very good for one another. Jen deserves a good guy like Owen. But all this is null and void, of course, as she's now due to marry John Mayer...a guy who, in my opinion, is about as good for her as a dose of pneumonia.
