This sue happy world is pitiful. If she gets away with it, can we start suing everybody who hurts our feelings? I hope the judge laughs at her and throws it out of court.

She is suing people for telling a lie and an untruth. She has every legal right. It's not that shes lawsuit happy it's a way to defend herself from a tabloid rag and there is only one way to do that. Hit them in the pocket. I am on her side. She does not deserve this nonsense. I think all these rags from the US and UK should go belly up and Paparazzi should all go broke and get real jobs as photogs instead of hunting and harrassing celebrities.

She has gained weight-just like her father did. And her appetite has increased, people have noticed. The only thing the rag didn't print was that all of this is happening because she's pregnant. I'm a waitress at a bistro I saw her at recently, you should have seen her eat! Nobody slandered her. She's angry because she had to announce her pregnancy early because of the story. I agree with the above poster that all of the rags need to be shut down, but I disagree that she's within her rights. She's getting big, and she's eating like a starving barbarian. Simple. She's just being spiteful because she felt the need to defend herself, which she didn't have to. Nobody said she had to make the announcement, all she had to do was wear a tunic to cover the weight gain.
