Sarah Harding suffers from OCD.
The Girls Aloud beauty - who is dating DJ Tom Crane - says her obsessive compulsive disorder affects her daily life, and is putting pressure on her relationship.
She said: "I have obsessive compulsive disorder. All the baked beans in my cupboard have to face forward, and everything in the fridge. Everything has to be displayed and everything has its place. I'm pretty much a freak!
"Tom is a messy bast**d though. I won't let him put the shopping away, I have to do it."
Sarah also revealed she used to suffer from ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).
She said: "I had ADHD. I might still have it, but I've mellowed out. It's not been diagnosed, but doctors have told me I've got the typical symptoms.
"I'm hyper, I was a hyperactive child - I wasn't even allowed Smarties because there were too many E-numbers in them."
Sarah isn't the only celebrity to suffer from OCD.
The 'organising' disorder also affects soccer star David Beckham.
