Lopez admits that he’s always dreamed of performing on Broadway, but there’s been a little thing holding him back. He says, “I had been approached to do Broadway before. They asked me for The Producers and Chicago but the crazy thing is I can’t really sing… That’s the irony of it. I love to sing, but not comfortable enough to do it on Broadway.” He jokes, “I can do it in Koreatown at the karaoke bars…I sound like Elvis there.”Lopez is happy that his character is one of the few in the musical that doesn’t have to sing. He laughs, “Everyone sings and dances except for the character I play, Zach….He doesn’t necessarily have to sing. I said, ‘Alright, that’s my guy!’”For all the latest celebrity news, log on here.
