D-List celebrity Bai Ling arrested for shoplifting at LAX

Bai Ling, a Chinese-born actress was arrested Thursday for allegedly shoplifting at Los Angeles International Airport after a gift shop employee accused her of stealing two magazines and a pack of batteries, Reuters reports.
Los Angeles Airport Police spokesman Jim Holcomb told Reuters Ling was booked on suspicion of shoplifting $16 worth of merchandise, a misdemeanor, and ordered to appear in court on May 5.
Ling has appeared at many events in scantily clad outfits and has had a cameo on the TV series "Lost."
