Keira Knightley was named Best Actress at last night's Elle Style Awards (12.02.08).
The 'Atonement' actress - who missed out on a BAFTA on Sunday night (10.02.08) - was rewarded for her part in the hit World War II romantic drama, while her co-star James McAvoy was named Best Actor.
Hollywood star Kate Hudson was crowned Elle's Style Icon for her "distinctive and kooky" fashion sense.
Kate - who turned up for the awards in London's Notting Hill wearing a stunning white outfit - admitted she didn't want to return the expensive jewellery she had been loaned for the night.
She said: "It's so unfair, that's the worst part of the evening by far."
Kylie Minogue was named Woman of the Year, while Kelly Osbourne - who cycled to the bash on her bike - was victorious in the Best Female TV category.
Other winners included The Feeling, who were named Best Music Band, while Kate Nash was crowned Best Music Act.
The 'Foundations' singer was overheard telling pals she is flying to New York next month for a secret concert with the Pogues.
She told them: "I'm over the moon about it."
