Forbes recently released their list for the top earning African-American celebrities with their salary earnings from June 2006 until June 2007.
Ranking at the top 3 - starting at number 1 was Queen Oprah Winfrey with $260 Million. Tiger Woods is behind her, earning $100 Million and Jay-Z is number 3 with $83 million.

Oprah Winfrey - $260 Million
Tiger Woods - $100 Million
Jay-Z - $83 Million
50 Cent - $33 Million
Kobe Bryant - $33 Million
Shaq - $32 Million
Michael Jordan - $31 Million
Will Smith - $31 Million
Beyonce - $27 Million
Lebron James - $27 Million
