One of the two bad guys in Britney Spears' life is out of the picture for the moment.
Sam Lutfi, the despised ex-USC frat boy who has insinuated himself as Spears' ersatz manager has been ousted from UCLA and will soon not be allowed to make any further decisions for Britney.
TMZ reports Britney's parents Jamie and Lynne have been pushing Sam Lutfi out of the picture.
"The doctors at UCLA are now 'fully cooperating' with the parents in the treatment of Britney Spears, however, the war probably is not over until a judge signs an order as to who has control."
There is no word yet on how much the Los Angeles tax payers have been burdened with the excessive motorcades, helicopters and sheriff's department man-power used to take one very rich woman into 5150 committed care.
On local talk radio, city officials are being blasted for the misuse of funds that are already stretched to breaking. Especially on the heels of Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa announcing city workers to take a week-off without pay.
Sam Lutfi reportedly left the hospital before 4:00 AM.
UPDATE
PageSIx.com reports that Britney Spears' legal team has been instructed by her immediate family not to talk to Sam Lutfi.
This move follows reports that the situation at Britney's Beverly Hills home devolved last night.

Sam Lutfi couldn't do any more damage than her crap 'freeloading' parents. For G_D's Sake, those morons sent Dr. Phil, an unlicensed pop-psychologist, to talk to her in the psychiatric ward of a hospital, where there are tons of 'licensed' accredited psychiatrist. I'm surprised those Louisiana morons didn't call Dr. Laura, too.
Will be interesting to see how much Lutfi scammed from her. Out of all of them, it's good to see the court giving Jamie Spears control. He's a working man who hasn't succumbed to the fame drug like mommy Spears has. Lutfi has been using her as a meal ticket and it's coming to an end. No wonder he's lashing out. It's back to a life of sub-mediocrity for him now. Maybe he can land a washed up porn star and pimp her out or something. Hopefully the Britster gets her shite together...she's got a lot to give still.
