Redford talked about the newest director at the event, his very own daughter, Amy.
"The Guitar” by Amy Redford, is her directorial debut in a film about a woman who spends her final days learning to play the electric guitar.
When asked what was the best advice he has given Amy, Redford jokes, “Just make sure you keep your sense of humor but not at my expense.”
Papa Redford has yet to see his daughter’s film but isn’t anxious to see it saying, “I’m not nervous, just proud.”
In addition to being the “Father of Sundance,” Redford is there to support Amy.
“I’m just here as a dad,” he admits.
