Why do they keep saying his marriage has ended? I didn't think they were legally married yet anyway, that they just had a 'ceremony'?

Why are they allowing children to dictate their futures? It's a proven fact boys are possessive of their mothers, and will only grudgingly accept a man in her life. It takes time. This poor woman doesn't have a chance of a happy future with two jealous little terrors keeping her single, and Eddie shouldn't have backed down either. Both of them need to sit those boys down, and tell them that they can't dictate the lives of anybody, especially their mother's life. They all need to learn to at least tolerate each other, and respect each other's feelings and futures. And about this name-calling...what in the world are children doing insulting a man's mother just because they're mad at that man? That immaturity needs to stop immediately.
