Britney and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib caught on film

Britney Spears is now traveling in tow with her British paparazo, Adnan Ghalib.
Extra has obtained all new footage of Spears from this weekend in Palm Desert.
The new images are the first seen of her since being released from the hospital last week. Wearing a midriff, Spears smiles and walks hand-in-hand with new boyfriend and photographer, Adnan Ghalib. The two are seen briefly stopping on the street to kiss and talk.
