How does he not have to register as a sex offender? I am confused and concerned. He certainly sounds like a sex offender to me!
Who's he going to molest, or rape next? He should be registered as a sex offender like everyone else. And after spending time in prison, he should never be allowed near anyone underage again. He obviously likes to go after the tiny little young ones. So sick.
To answear both questions, there was more to this case that was not 'allowed' in court. The alleged victim, who willingly sought the actor for these encounters, was allowed to accuse him, but his defense was not able to come back and expose this 'girl' for who she was, and what possible 'motives' she really had to do this, 5 years after the fact. Also, the California 'victim' never accussed him, but a third malicious party who wanted to second the NY victim, so Barbour would end up looking as a 'pedophile', which he is not.
