Katie Holmes will treat Tom Cruise to a feast of her own festive specialities this Christmas.
The 29-year-old actress plans to cook her husband "garlic mashed potatoes and cheesecake" on Christmas day, while Tom helps her out by preparing cookies with "extra chocolate chips" and their 20-month-old daughter Suri "plays in the dough".
She said: "We will be celebrating with all the family in Telluride, Colorado. I will probably cook some garlic mashed potatoes and maybe a cheesecake. Tom's really good in the kitchen, he has shown me the greatness of extra chocolate chips.
"Suri will be in the dough everywhere while we make sugar cookies."
Katie says the family - including Tom's adopted kids with Nicole Kidman, Connor, 12 and Isabella, 14 - plan to spend most of their time skiing.
The 'Batman Begins' star also paid tribute to her husband and their "extraordinary" life.
She added to Parade magazine: "I appreciate the man that I'm with and my family and my work.
"I feel very lucky to be able to say that. I mean, what we do in a week is extraordinary."

Christmas is a christian holiday, the winter solstice is a pagan holiday, hanukkah is a jewish holiday, shall I go on? Every civilization since the beginning of recorded history has had a celebration during the fall or winter months, this time of year belongs to everyone and every belief. But, I don't remember the aliens in L. Ron Hubbard's science fiction book having a winter celebration. Did I miss something when I read it? And can somebody explain to me again why people are worshipping this book? It's a science fiction book, I just don't get it. Please explain.
christmas is a way for the rich to get richer.
it is not mentioned anywhere in the bible .
therfore it is and always havs been pure crap.
and should be abolished.
