Tom Cruise is desperate to make a movie with good friend Will Smith.
The 'Top Gun' star watched as Will was honoured at Hollywood's Grauman Chinese Theatre by having his hand and footprints immortalised in cement.
The close pals chatted before the event and Will revealed Tom had approached him about starring together on the big screen.
He said: "That's top secret. No, I'm kidding. Tom said, 'We've got to make a movie together!' "
Tom arrived at the theatre moments before Will and stood with the 'I Am Legend' actor's mother Caroline and children Jaden and Willow.
He told the family: "Just tell me where you want me."
To which seven-year-old Willow replied "here!" - picking the seat between her and her grandmother.
Will arrived soon after and was greeted by friends, family and fans.
He said: "This is absolutely an honour. I was sitting in the car and I was OK. Then I got here and I'm not as OK as I was."
