Wise move Heather, Research shows the builders should be a bit fitter, have more energy and last longer on the job with a bit of vegan food inside them!

You can't beat a nice big slap up vegan Christmas lunch. Great food and no casualties, it's a win-win situation! These builders are way behind the times. And what's the deal with slagging off food before you've even tried it? I bet their parents were the people in the 60's & 70's who refused to eat 'that foreign muck' when Indian and Chinese restaurants started blossoming. How narrow minded! Get some proper food in your bellies and button it.
