Eva Mendes, Joaquin Phoenix and Patricia Arquette are set to help hospitalised children paint.
The Art of Elysium charity invites celebrities to visit hospitalised ill children and help them finger-paint as part of their "creative escape".
Founder Jennifer Howell said: "Since August 1997, The Art of Elysium has given me an even greater faith in both humanity and the arts. Without exception, every artist visiting the hospital has requested to revisit.
"It is my hope that The Art of Elysium will serve as a visible outlet for artists to continue to give and for children to relish in these shared experiences.
"It is also my belief that art is a reflection of society and if it reflects people sharing their creativity, joy and love, then we truly live in Elysium!"
'Walk the Line' actor Joaquin Phoenix is a frequent supporter of the charity, and said: "Looking at art opens your eyes. Creating it, opens your mind. I've seen children who were bound by wheelchairs, fly.
"For me, expression is the key to fulfilment. Because of The Art of Elysium, many children have the opportunity to express their deepest feelings. Through art, they are able to manifest their dreams."
Scarlett Johansson, Penelope Cruz and Kirsten Dunst have also visited hospitals with the charity.
Kirsten said: "The kids I've met have taught me that communication is more powerful without words."
