Charlize Theron's quarter diet

Charlize Theron stays in shape by only eating quarter portions of her favourite treats.
The Oscar-winning actress refuses to cut junk food out of her diet, but manages to keep the calories down by only eating a quarter of the meals she likes.
Charlize, 32, said: "I'm careful to eat a healthy balance of foods, but I eat six small meals a day.
"If I fancy a burger, rather than deprive myself I'll eat a quarter of one."
The 'Monster' star - who piled on the pounds to play serial killer Aileen Wuornos in the 2003 award-winning film - also keeps her exercise regime interesting by taking part in fun outdoor activities.
She told Britain's Elle magazine: "I love to be active, especially outdoors. My favourite workouts are cycling, kayaking and walking."
The South African born actress now lives in Los Angeles with her long-term boyfriend, Irish actor Stuart Townsend.
Charlize recently confessed she is terrified her breasts are sagging.
She said: "I'm 32 and as you get older you get wrinkles and your boobs sag. You get wisdom too, so it's not all bad. But you can't really do anything about ageing."

Charlize Theron can`t fool me! I read about her miracoulously lost of 30 pounds, her daily diet and her work out at www.projectweightloss.com ! I`ll get to be just like her in no time losing a rock in a month!!!
