Mel B's daughter Phoenix has been learning the Spice Girls routines from their upcoming world tour.
Mel revealed Phoenix, her eight-year-old daughter with ex-husband backing dancer Jimmy Gulzar, is following in her father's footsteps and has "dance fever".
She said: "Phoenix has been learning routines at the Spice Girls rehearsals. She's got the dance fever!"
The 32-year-old star recently admitted the band's dance routines were very easy to learn, saying: "Well, the Spice Girls performed routines for six-year-olds. Everyone can do it!"
Mel - who lost out on winning US TV show 'Dancing With the Stars' to racing driver Helio Castroneves - is looking forward to the girls' shows, which start in Vancouver, Canada, tomorrow (02.12.07) , because she feels closer to them now than the last time they toured.
She said: "I sent them all a little note before the tour started, confiding what I love about them. We have a cup of tea and talk about our kids and gossip. We're united."
