Jessica Alba is "freaked out" by the prospect of starring in a Broadway musical.
The 'Good Luck Chuck' star has confirmed she is in talks to take on the role of Karen, played by Madonna in the 1988 original, in a revival of David Mamet's 'Speed-the-Plow', but is terrified of treading the boards.
Jessica said: "I've been asked to do it, but it's just talk at the minute. It's not really happening yet. I'm freaked out!
"I would be honoured to do it. I don't know if audiences would even want to see me on Broadway."
The 26-year-old actress recently finished filming 'The Love Guru' with Mike Myers and Justin Timberlake, a movie about ice hockey players.
But Jessica insisted she did not check out pop heartthrob Justin's moves on the ice.
She said in an interview with US morning TV show 'Live with Regis and Kelly': "I heard Justin's really good. I mean, I don't go and watch him. You know, that would be weird. It would be like, 'Hey, I just came by to watch you guys play.' Creepy!"
