Routine tip for megarich Céline Dion, 20%

Celine Dion has always had a reputation for being generous. She's a classy lady. But your note to European travellers about the 20% being routine tipping in the US isn't really the case. Usually it's 10% to 15% depending on how good the service is. But that's for eating inside the restaurant, not for ordering take-out and waiting in your car. $100 tip for take-out is AMAZING! That waiter must have been Really Happy! Glad to see that Celine lives up to her reputation.
