David Cassidy's daughter Katie arrested

07/20/2007 - Katie Cassidy - CW Network's TCA All Star Celebration Party - Summer 2007 - Arrivals - Pacific Design Center - Los Angeles, CA, USA © Glenn Harris / PR PhotosThe Smoking Gun Web site reported that when the "Supernatural" star was arrested, however, she told police she was someone else, because she is a "Hollywood actress" and news of her brush with the law "would not look good."Cassidy gave the name of Taylor Quinn Cole, a 23-year-old actress who has had guest spots on "Supernatural" and "Summerland."Records show Cassidy was arrested Oct. 30 after the driver of the car she was riding in was pulled over for moving violations and police thought Cassidy appeared intoxicated.Cassidy gave police the false identity, but broke down and told them the truth when she couldn't reconcile her supposed age with her alleged birth year.She then allegedly acknowledged she drank wine and Cape Codders (vodka and Cranberry) that night.Cassidy was arraigned this week and is due back in court Dec.18, the Smoking Gun said.
