Gordon Ramsay doesn't eat his own food because his "stomach is too small".
The Michelin-star rated chef only "picks" at the food he makes because he doesn't have a big appetite.
Gordon said: "I can't eat dinner. All that c**p about chefs eating dinner is bulls**t. We can't ever sit down and have a normal dinner as a family. I mean, Sunday night would be the night we would do it, but it's hard. I've got a very small stomach.
"It's really weird. I'll pick at the kids' tea if I'm cooking sausages of if I'm cooking a stew or something. I cook food, but I can't eat it all. That's what I'm saying. I haven't got the stomach to eat it all!"
Gordon insists his decision to "graze" on food throughout the day is healthy.
He said: "I eat healthily, and I pick, which people think is bad, but it's not. I graze, all day long. Like my head's in a f***ing nosebag."

Common eating style for busy Type-A'sNov 11th, 2007 - 05:22:13
I have known several men (also runners) who are extremely busy who employ this eating technique. They 'graze' throughout the day rather than eat whole meals. A body building friend says 6 small meals is the way to go for maintaining your figure. I personally prefer Mr. R. with another few stone on his frame. Looks more manly that way, but I s'pose being on TV they want them all thin as whippets.
