Kim Kardashian has stripped for Playboy in a bid to prove to the world she hasn't been cosmetically enhanced.
Kardashian involved in a sex tape scandal last year with Ray J bares all in the December 2007 issue of the men's magazine, and admits the decision to get naked wasn't an easy one.
Kardashian allegedly asked family members that include step-dad Bruce Jenner and friends to help her with her decision.
The 27-year-old says, "I wanted to show that I'm not some skinny girl, I have a healthy body image, and I'm happy with my curves and who I am. "I always laugh when it says on the Internet that I have fake boobs, butt implants or injected lips, because it's so not true. I've never had plastic surgery.
"I'm excited for people to finally see how I really am." Busty Kardashian graces the cover of the new Playboy, wearing a skimpy red bathing suit, but she strips off inside, wearing nothing but pearls and ornate jewellery.

I wish I looked like Kim Kardashian. She is all natural and gorgeous. I feel bad for Bruce Jenner because it seems like the family doesn't love him (like he is just there). Oh and big deal he has sex with his wife now and then.
Y'all might think I am crazy, but in a world where our daughters have the likes of Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan as 'role models', I am grateful for the Kardashian sisters. If you actually watch the show, you will see a family that truly understands the meaning of unconditional love. Anytime one of them is down, the rest of the family comes together and works until the problem is solved. This seems to be a quality lacking in most Hollywood families these days. They are beautiful, intelligent and successful young women without eating disorders or drug problems.
As far as Bruce goes, he loves those girls as if they were his biological daughters, and he clearly has a great amount of respect for their late father. Again, something rare in blended families these days. Plus I respect the fact that the younger sisters are kept pretty much out of the limelight. Bless their big hearted family!
