Men are 'Nuts' for Rihanna, Lily and Cheryl

Lily Allen, Cheryl Cole and Rihanna have been named in the top 10 of the 50 Sexiest Pop stars.

The list, which was compiled by men's magazine Nuts, was topped by former 'Hollyoaks' beauty Gemma Atkinson and also features troubled Britney Spears, along with all five members of Girls Aloud.

Lily came second after wowing fans with her new svelte figure since she split from long-term boyfriend Seb Chew last month.

However, the 'Smile' singer has repeatedly insisted her weight loss is down to hypnosis and not a broken heart.

Lily - who is now dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons - said: "After the hypnotism, I wanted to go to the gym every day, otherwise I felt really bad.

"I just wanted to get more toned and healthy. I'm feeling really good about everything at the moment - I've never been happier."

Other pop beauties to make the top ten include Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger, Nelly Furtado and Amerie.

Nuts magazine editor Nick Solidger said: "All these girls are easy on the eye and ear, which is pretty much what you want from a pop star!"
