I find it very interesting that celebrities are so quick to judgment and now body takes the time to look at where they live. Where do they think people should live? I have lived in the San Bernardino Mountains my whole life, when 2300 people lived here. We have had development, but, it is the environmentalist who didn't want any trees cut up here that I feel made our situation worse. We have had millions of trees killed from the bark beetle.... This was their fault because the forest up here has become so over grown. Anyways, Jamie Lee Curtis has owned a home up here, and her mom owns one in Running Springs. How ironic

Jamie Lee Curtis is right. The same conditions have existed in Southern California for as long as the mountains have been there, millions of years.Politicians have allowed private ownership of this land despite a history of catastrophic fire.As soon as the fire is over it's back to the same old Bungle and Build. All Builders, property owners, real estate brokers and buyers should,By Law, be required to sign a waiver that They Undestand The Hazards,FIRE,EARTHQUAKE,FLOOD,(clebrity drunks)and that any of these may very well result in DEATH,SEVERE INJURY,LOSS OF PROPERTY,ETC.along with a clause forbidding them to complain, cry on TV or bring civil suit when the inevitable fire again occurs.
