The Spice Girls have been taking pole dancing lessons in a London nightclub.

The reunited girl group - Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Mel C - want to include a raunchy routine on their forthcoming world tour.

They are determined to make the dance as racy as possible so they attended a masterclass at the infamous Soho Revue Bar - a former lapdancing club.

A source said: "The girls all agreed that a pole dancing section in the show would be fabulous and sexy. And they wanted to get some proper lessons from professional dancers.

"They chose the Soho Revue Bar with all its fabulous kitsch décor and they liked the idea of something a bit seedy."

The girls will be joined by an all-American male dance crew for the steamy segment.

The band - who have not worked together as a five-piece since 1998 after Geri sensationally quit - recently started rehearsing for the shows, which kick-off in Vancouver, Canada, on December 2.

Victoria has revealed Mel B is having trouble remembering the words to new song 'Headlines'.

She said: "It has been really good fun. Everyone was on really good form and it was great. I'm not going to say I wasn't nervous because it has been so long since we were together, but it was like we'd never split up.

"We were doing the video the other day and Mel B couldn't remember the words!"
