Even still im not a fan of Nick's .... but everyone knows when you ride in a car you MUST wear a seatbelt .... Who knows if he wore a seatbelt he may have not been as badly injured ... i still dont like people who speed ... But Seatbelts people are for your own benifit.
I hope nick enjoys his time in jail.
From what I've seen of Nick Hogan he does act like a spoiled snob and thinks that he is god's gift to the world but let's not judge yet until we see what happens in the future. This may change him when reality sets in. Better parenting might have helped him in making better choices.
Nick Bollea is an idiot (actually he's probably mentally retarded), and so is his family. A quick search on wikipedia will reveal how many times this idiot has been caught speeding, yet still nothing was done by the parents or the state - until it was too late.
'On September 17, 2006, Bollea was stopped twice driving between Miami and Tampa. He was warned the first time and ticketed the second for going 115 mph in a 70 mph zone.[10][11] In an August 2007 interview with Rides, Bollea said he was driving 123 mph in a 50 mph zone.[3] His mother said the interview was exaggerated.[5]
On February 8, 2007, he was ticketed in Dade County, Florida for driving 57 mph in a 30 mph zone, and on April 25, 2007, he was ticketed and received four points on his license for driving 106 mph in a 70 mph zone in Osceola County.[10] On August 10, 2007, he was ticketed in Pinellas Park after his 1998 Toyota was recorded going 82 mph in a 45 mph construction zone.'
Tell me - how do the parents and the state allow this moron to continue driving, only until after he nearly kills someone?
He should be in jail for longer than 8 months frankly, he should reflect on his mistakes and learn that being rich and having a fancy car doesn't mean you can do whatever the hell you want.
The injured guy is an idiot too for not wearing a seatbelt.
