JK Rowling outs Dumbledore, 'He's gay'

Dumbledore was gay, according to JK Rowling.
The 'Harry Potter' author JK Rowling today revealed that Dumbledore, Headmaster of Hogwarts, is gay.
Rowling, the writer from Edinburgh, Scotland, made the admission during a question and answer session with fans at New York's Carnegie Hall.
She was asked by one young fan if Dumbledore finds "true love".
"Dumbledore is gay," Rowling replied to gasps and applause.
She said he was smitten with rival Gellert Grindelwald, whom he defeated long ago in a battle between good and bad wizards.
Ms Rowling told the audience that while working on the planned sixth Potter film, "Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince," she spotted a script reference to a girl the wizard once cared for. A note was passed to director David Yates, revealing the truth about him.

You should read the posts from the other stories on this same subject. This story sure did bring out the over-zealous haters in our society. Who cares if someone is gay? Get over it people, a person's private life is none of your business.
How can a person from a made up story about wizards and magic and elves and screaming mandrake roots be gay?
It's a story people. It's not really real in the real world where there are real gay people really !
Do you understand ? People from made up stories don't have sexual preferences they are only words on a page. WORDS on a PAGE.
If JK writes him in as a gay person he's still WORDS on PAPER !!!
So stop defending him !! He is fictional !!!
who cares i luv dumbledore i dont care if hes gay hes awesome.
and any way hes not real it shouldnt be a big deal yeah its interesting and all but so wat hes a fictinal carchater so its not like hes in the real world.
