Biscuits, cakes and chocolate are definitely off the menu."Simon adhered to the smoking ban at the exclusive bash at the Belvedere Restaurant, in Holland Park, frequently popping outside for a quick cigarette.Other guests attending the launch included Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber - who left early because he had dinner reservations - TV presenter Cilla Black, light entertainment star Lionel Blair and actor Christopher Biggins.Michael Winner, who remained seated throughout the evening as he is still recovering from a potentially fatal bacterial leg infection, joked about rumours circulating on the internet concerning his death.He said: "Some of you may be surprised to see me here tonight.
